Owner-managers Julie and John Young have been in the Finniss River area for about six years and bought the roadhouse 18 months ago as they saw an opening for guest accommodation in an area known as fishermen's paradise. The 20 room motel includes a new restaurant at the front of the complex serving steak dinners, fish and chips, hamburgers, delicious home made pizza and offers a good selection of wines and beers. The owners plan to revamp the menu to cater for a more diverse cuisine.
There is also camping facilities available at the roadhouse and plans are to provide powered camping sites.
The roadhouse has all the fishing gear, fuel, gas, bait, ice and all the supplies you'll need for a fishing adventure or day out sightseeing.
