Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe. Popular traditional dishes include varenyky, borsch and holubtsy. Ukrainian specialties also include Chicken Kiev and Kiev Cake. Ukrainians drink stewed fruit, juices, milk, buttermilk, mineral water, tea and coffee, beer, wine and horilka.
